100% Malbo Gentile, a native red grape that, after crushing, undergo a rapid, light pressing to avoid prolonged contact between the skins and the must.A bright powder-puff colour mixed with orange, a signal of appealing flavour evolution.
The nose presents aromas of strawberry, blueberry, cherry and redcurrant.
A rounded mouthfeel that’s pleasant and inviting. Food pairings: prosciutto ravioli filled with fresh ricotta with a vegetal sauce; King prawns in filo pastry and lard; cream of Jerusalem artichoke.
