BURSÔN ETICHETTA BLU
BURSÔN ETICHETTA BLU
RAVENNA LONGANESI IGP ORGANIC GRAPE
A native vine from the Ravenna plains, recognised and authorised since July 1999, that’s made into Bursôn wine by members of the Bagnacavallo consortium, within the area defined by the wine’s official regulations.
A clear ruby red with medium depth. The consistency appears dense and compact. Well-defined legs that immediately show a good weight. A playful aroma that incorporates ripe fruit such as plums, tertiary notes on the first and third nose, green notes on the finish with developing hints of menthol and balsamic, ending with a slightly iodine character. Direct and pleasing in the mouth with tannins that combine with flavours of ripe fruits such as medlar and young red fruits; signs of a complete and lively wine. A long and energetic finish.
A harmonious taste that ends with a slightly bitter note thanks to the balance between acidity and tannic astringency. A wine with coherent aromas and great potential.
Food pairings: game; asado; picanha; vaca vieja; Chianina; robust meats; pork hock with vegetables and potatoes.
