RAMBËLA EXTRA BRUT
RAMBËLA EXTRA BRUT
RAVENNA BIANCO IGT – IGP
100% Famoso grapes, a variety recognised and authorised since 16/06/2009 as an indigenous white grape of the Ravenna plains, promoted by the Bagnacavallo consortium and registered as Rambëla.
An attractive golden colour with greenish tones, that’s inviting and pleasing. The perlage is fine and abundant, with irregular beads.
An appealing nose characterised by a marked and intriguing aroma of sugar cane.
The development reveals tropical fruit such as not fully ripe mango and papaya with a finish tending to pineapple with hints of mimosa. A playful nose that invites tasting, displaying notes of wild mint.
A youthful and lively palate entry, bursting with lime that is also present as it develops; fine and elegant with bubbles releasing a whole range of vivacious citrus notes, leading to a crunchy green apple finish. Exotic and harmonious from the nose to the palate where the fruit hints are more crunchy and youthful.
